HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once you have placed the order, please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed. Once your order is ready and shipped out, you will receive an order confirmation on your registered email id along with tracking details and instructions on how to track your order. Alternatively, you can log in to our website and check your Order Status under My Orders. However, if you have not received the tracking details within 5 business days from the date of placing your order, please contact us on email@example.com along with your order details.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Once your order is processed, it may take anywhere between 12-25 days to arrive at your address.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?
We can try our best to help you rectify/change your postal address only before the package has left our facility. If your package has already been shipped please visit our carrier website here. They might be able to intercept your package and deliver it to the right address.
